Pricing policies

The products offered on www.bohrcafe.com usually have the same prices as the products offered at the BOHRCAFÉ stores; however in some cases, there may be differences due to offers or special prices on the online shop and at the BOHRCAFÉ stores, said promotions shall be communicated to customers and users through the different media used by the company. Availability of the products displayed on the online shop shall be subject to stock.
The prices displayed on the online shop include VAT.

Purchase and delivery policies

Only natural persons are enabled to make purchase on the online store.
Purchases made on the online store shall only apply for Colombia.
Upon completion of the purchase process, BOHRCAFÉ – CEYCO Ltda shall send an e-mail notification of the order, detailing the amounts paid, description and the information registered for the purchase.
Delivery shall take place at the address entered upon registration, address changes shall be accepted only if the product has not been shipped from the factory and under prior confirmation of information at phone number 2124980, this change may affect the delivery times of the product established in the initial purchase. In cases where the delivery of an order fails due to incorrect data provided by the customer or user generating costs additional to those established in the initial purchase, such additional costs shall be borne by the customer or user.
BOHRCAFÉ – CEYCO Ltda shall deliver within the Colombian territory, applying the destinations available on the listing of coverage zones upon registration.

Withdrawal and return policies

According to the right to withdrawal enshrined in Law 1480 art. 47 dated 2011, the maximum term for a customer or user to request withdrawal is 5 business days from the order receipt date. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition without any physical alteration, with its respective invoice. The customer or user shall bear all carrier costs and all others generated by the return of the product.

Replacement policies

If the customer or user is not happy with the product purchase on the online shop, he may change it for another product in a term no later than 15 calendar days from the date reflected in the invoice. ´The change shall be accepted only if the products comply with the established parameters which shall be reviewed prior to responding to the customer or user if the return is accepted or not. Parameters: The product must not have been used and or show any evidence of the usage of cleaning products. It shall be in the same conditions in which it was shipped, it must bear the original external and internal labels, it must arrive in its original packaging with a copy of the invoice. Items purchased under a promotion cannot be replaced. If the customer or user requests replacement 8 calendar days from the order receipt date, BOHRCAFÉ – CEYCO Ltda shall bear the carrier costs, shipments sent after this timeline shall be paid by the customer or user. In the event that the replacement is not accepted, the customer or user shall bear all carrier costs and all others generated by the return of the product. The best treatment is key for the BOHRCAFÉ coffee and accessories to maintain their optimal conditions; however, in the event that the product shows quality issues and these are clearly the responsibility of the brand, BOHRCAFÉ – CEYCO Ltda shall authorize the replacement or repair of the product and the additional costs incurred by the customer or user shall be reimbursed and borne by BOHRCAFÉ – CEYCO Ltda. Acceptance of changes shall occur only if the products comply with the established parameters which shall be reviewed by the technical area prior to responding to the customer or customer. Once replacement of a product has been approved, BOHRCAFÉ – CEYCO Ltda shall send to the customer or customer an email notification and shall issue a virtual voucher with a code, which can be used for a new purchase on the online shop only.

Guarantee policies

Collection items have a warranty of six months for manufacturing defects from the purchase date as per the invoice.
Sale items cannot be changed; however their warranty shall be one stipulated in the law for a term of no more than 3 months.
